  • Do I need to fill out waivers if my child has been there before?

Maybe. -Electronic waivers are valid for one year from completion date. Please call us to verify if you are in our database. Paper waivers may be printed off from our website and are good for one day only.

  • Can I bring in outside food or drink?

No. -Defy Gravity does not allow any outside food or beverages to be brought in, except for non-ice cream treats such as cakes/cupcakes that are part of a reserved birthday/group package complete with private room rental.

  • Is my deposit refundable?

No. -Your deposit is always transferable, based upon availability. If cancellation is needed, your deposit will be applied to a Defy Gravity gift card.

  • Is there an entry fee for parents or family who want to stay and watch?

No. -Non-participants are free! There is plenty of room to sit and mingle, while you observe! But please keep in mind that DG is great for all ages! Let's not let the kids have all the fun!

  • How early do we need to check in for birthday parties? Do the guests of the party have to arrive at the same time as well?

We recommend the entire party checks in at least 15 minutes prior to your first activity. This gives our staff time to check waivers, take care of last minute details, and receive socks and wristbands for guests. Following this recommendation will help ensure that your party starts their activity as scheduled and does not lose out on any scheduled time.

  • We host parties 7 days a week! Please visit to check on party availability, or call the Event Coordinator at 402.817.6900 Ext 2

  • Can I sign for kids of the party that aren't mine?

No. -Waivers for minors (those 18 or under) must be signed by their parent or legal guardian.

  • What is the dress code?

We recommend athletic style clothing for jumping here at Defy Gravity. Please refrain from wearing hats, loose clothing, and jewelry. Jumping attire should cover the midriff, cleavage, and buttocks areas. Jumpers who fail to follow the dress code will be asked to cover up.
